| MINUTES FACULTY SENATE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE April 4, 2002 Erlanson 304, 3 PM |
||
| PRESENT: Greg Trudeau, Timothy Cummings, Greg Moore, Hal Bertilson, and Shaun Lynch. | ||
| NOT PRESENT: Joel Sipress. | ||
| MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: | ||
| 1. | Shaun Lynch, Chair of the Academic Computing Advisory Committee, provided the Executive Committee with an assessment of the state of the Committee. Copies of the assessment were distributed to members of the Executive Committee. This has been a year of review and reorganization of the Committee. A handbook has been prepared. No minutes are available from the Committee for the past twelve years. Should the Academic Computing Advisory Committee continue to be separate from IITC? If yes, perhaps the Academic Computing advisory Committee should report to the Academic Affairs Committee? The Academic Computing Advisory Committee, IITC, Student Technology Fee Committee, and the Lab Mod Committee should perhaps meet together some of the time? | |
| 2. | The call for 2002-2003 committee preferences will go out in early April with a two-week turn around time to the Senate Secretary. | |
| ADJOURNED. | ||
