See attachment. Motion (Schrenker/Cummings) to approve the document as revised by Academic Affairs Council (marked AAC>FS in the packet) passed.  Motion (Holter/Schrenker) to change first sentence to read "Student should present rationale for changing the grade to the instructor" passed.
