Checklist

The Checklist highlights important milestones of the course.  It gives you a visual idea of the requirements to successfully complete the course or a particular section of the course.

To access the Checklist, click on the Checklist link on your course navigation barNote: Depending on the structure of the course that your instructor has requested, your course may not include a checklist.

Your Checklist main page will be similar to the page shown below.

The Checklist main page shows several topics placed by your instructor.  To access a particular topic, click on the underlined topic name.

Depending on the structure of the course, there may be subtopics.  For an example, the checklist could be structured in the following manner:

When you click on the name of the topic or the subtopic (e.g., Group Projects), a Checklist page will open.  The screen shot below shows the Checklist main page and subtopic page.

Once you have completed a task, click on the checkbox beside the task.  This will help you  to quickly identify  the tasks you have completed.  Note:  Your instructor may restrict your access to certain areas of the content until a task has been completed.  The instructor should mention this in the syllabus or other location.

In the Checklist page, there is a categories column on the left side panel.  Using the categories column, you can easily navigate through the other topics by clicking on the topic name.

To return to the Checklist main page, click on the Back A picture of the Back link link located at the bottom of the categories panel.
